About

About me

I’m a freelance consultant specializing in issues of gender, development, health and human rights, particularly as they relate to marginalized populations like sex workers, migrants, trafficked persons and people who use drugs. My past and current clients include UNAIDS, the Asia Development Bank, the International Council of Aids Service Organizations, Aids Fonds Nederland, and the Urban Justice Center. I have extensive experience of working on projects both in the United States and in Asia and Africa. My doctoral training in Sociology and behavioral science training make me particularly qualified for community-based and participatory research projects.
